    I always cook up a few extra in case we are eating something DD can't have, and either store them in the fridge or freeze them. The watery vegies are shocking when defrosted though so I don't tend to freeze them. The beauty of BLS though is that bub can usually join in with whatever the family is eating, which makes it not just low fuss, but no fuss

    I just worked in to our meals something DS could have also - so you're all eating together. It's a lot easier that way.

    Tristan had no teeth when we started on BLS and i just gave him whatever we had, I was lazy, got sick of making 2 different meals
