    I really like it
I can't help myself giggling a little because it reminds me of an episode of 'The Office'

I've never met an Astrid! I love it. It sounds kind of classic, but also really edgy. And pretty

I love the name It was one my top girl name choices, but DH veto'd it, hence I made it my username.

I knew one Astrid, but is was a name she chose for herself, not her birth name.

The boys really want a sister named Astrid. And Im not adverse to it at all but I think Dh isnt keen.

It certainly blends well with Ds3's name (also a scandinavian name) so Im not worried about it being completely different from the other 3.

I really like it, used to really like a Scottish band called Astrid, and they had a song called Boy or Girl - so always thought an appropriate name for a baby.

I love the name, I'd even consider using it (we've chosen names for future kids already and unfortunately Astrid didn't make it past DH), but wouldn't as I knew a dog called Astrid.
