I like Cecilia but I also like Carys - I think they both go well with your boys names
Interesting on the Carys pronunciations... I think I would pronounce it Car-iss or Care-iss but the confusion of how to pronounce/spell the name puts me off a little. I do like it though for its unusual-ness!
as with all names, depends on the person pronouncing itI love Carys and have to say, if I'd never heard it, I would've pronounced it Cariss

I like option 4. But I'm also very biased![]()
What about Clarissa?
Yes and within Wales there are quite different accents so could sound different depending on where in Wales are from, all my family are from South Wales so all have the same sort of accent.
If I had realized the pronunciation issues I wouldn't have picked it, people not being able to spell it doesn't bother me, but the pronunciation isn't something I would have expected, or I thought that once people had heard it they would know how to say it, but it seems not.Interesting on the Carys pronunciations... I love those names. Annabelle is my favourite, and Matilda. Arabella is another similar name.
I also have a L@chlan
Matilda was top of my list for DD but DH said noLove Tilly as a nickname and I'll admit 60% of the reason I love the name so much hehe. Goes lovely with F@ye!
Another option, Cerys. It's a welsh name I believe.
yeah No. 5 .. I really like Matilda, especially Tilly for short. DH isn't completely sold on that one though... my side of the family LOVE the name as well and have decided to call her that even though we haven't decided...![]()
I love Cecelia. I would love to see this name used more. I really considered this and started a thread on the name when pregnant with DS then someone pointed out it rhymed with DD1 name. This has my vote.
I picked Matilda. We almost called DD2 that. We also had Annabelle and Madeline on our list so love them too.
What about Celia, rather than Cecilia? Out of your list I like this and Elspeth. But I'd probably choose Annabelle to go with your other children.
Elspeth for sure. So beautiful and classic yet not common and no mistaking the pronunciation!
Elspeth, love it!
Tegam/Butterflylove - me too! This name really stuck with me since I first heard it. Unusual but not weird, old fashioned and able to be shortened.
