Well Isabella is VERY popular because its such a beautiful name, in saying that so is Aliyah though I dont hear it alot. Depends if you want a popular name or not?

We had Isabelle/Isabella on our list but decided Annabelle suited our princess more and that it wasn't as common. Its well known but there isn't an Annabelle in every room you walk into

Thats our way of thinking, hope it helps

They are both pretty names, but I would definitely lean towards Aliyah as it is far less common. I'm sure you are already aware- but just incase you weren't- Aliyah is an old Hebrew name that means 'Rising;Ascending;Exhalted'- very nice meaning.
How would you pronouce it? 'A-lie-yah' or 'A-lee-ya'? I love them both but I would maybe lean towards the 2nd pronounciation as it may sound like you are saying 'A-liar'?
I'd hate to put a spanner in the works, but I just thought that was worth mentioning!!
    Still love that name tho.....

I like both so maybe you can wait and see which name she suits when you see her!

I would hang onto both for when she is born and then decide. They are both beautiful but I prefer Isabella Cailin - it flows better.
