Baby names from a book or movie

I have a friend named Demelza, her mum named her after a book character.

We didn't name our DD after Tori Spelling, but she was all in the news around the time I had her because her dad died within a few days of me having her- then the freakiest thing was she was in the news again not long before I had DS because she had just had her little boy, who is coincidently named Liam as well- wierd!

LOL which nasty cow? Aunt March or Amy? I wanted to call DD Meg or Amy from Little Women but DH didnt like the names.

My name is Amy. I think I would've decked my parents if they had've called me March.

our ds2 is named after a song that my dh was in love with at the time- 'Jimmy Rickard' and a footballer that i think is a cutie-'Jimmy Bartel'. we both came up with the name seperately and for different reasons so decided it was a winner.

my parents got my name from the movie 'number 5 is alive' ...anyone remember it? its pretty old (well it is for me, considering I was born in the 90's)
anyway, number 5 is a robot who is in love with a woman called Stephanie and he follows her around saying 'stephanieeeeeeeeeeeeeee'. my big brother at the time loved the movie and used to copy the robot and my parents decided if I was a girl, then that would be my name.

Well DD2 is named after a character from The Mummy (don't tell DH, but that is where I got my like for the name from). DD1 is a Simpsons name, but not really inspired by the show, it may of had some influence though.
