Anal? Someone wanted to call their child Anal? Omg.....
I can only think it must have been a cultural difference and supposed to be pronounced like Ah-nahl.

Perhaps, once in the Salvo's I picked up a dress for a two year old - on it there was a picture of what looked like little miss sunshine - but the text Little Miss Anal! It was a nice dress, and looked like had never been worn (perhaps a gift from someone overseas who didn't speak English?)

There's a kid at the local school called Rish.it

Kids don't make fun of him. He's a total legend because swearing is legitimate when he's around.

This is when a thesaurus would have been handy . Little Miss Anal could have been Little Miss Pedantic or Little Miss Logical

Hahaha oh this thread has given me a good giggle! I don't get all these wierd names. I have heard of M'kailah before, i feel sorry for when they are learning to spell! And i had an email with the worst baby names on it...ajax?!! What will they call the next ome, spray n wipe? Maybe in a few years names like peter, paul, mary, sarah will be considered unusual and will be back in fashion? xxxxxxx

    Bad Bad name

I will never forget when I worked at maccas as a late teen with a guy called satan. Pronounced "Suh-tahn" not SATAN (imagine me saying this in my most hard core metal voice). The looks he used to get were priceless. But he didn't care. I can't remember his ethnic background but I know the name was common and had no correlation with Beelzebub. He was an awesome guy. Everyone wanted to steal his nametag.

    Hahaha.
A bit off topic, but Ajax was one of the Greek soldiers that fought in the Trojan war (or maybe he was the guy that cleaned the ships??).

Before DS was born I was looking through a book of baby names and it actually listed Voldemort as a real name. Wft??

What meaning did it give? And I'm hoping Stormageddon hasn't made it to the books yet, don't want another in that class at school. Maybe have to go by the middle name (Grigio/Riesling).

First baby of 2014 - "So’Unique Miracle Randle".

And as for babies named "Unique", there have been hundreds of different variations of the spelling of unique, including Uneek, Uneque, and Uneqqee.

    Seriously.
