Boys names - something a bit different but not too weird IYKWIM

Gee boys names are so hard! It seems like every boy is called the same thing atm Hoping you guys can help us with a few names for the list.

We like names that have a good meaning, or have mythological background, or irish heritiage, or come from sci fi movies/tv and books in general (tall order I know).
Also DH thinks its important to have a full name that we can short ie Nathan to Nate (which I don't agree with lol)

Our DD is Maya Scarlett (Maya pronuced My-a). Our last name starts with a C and ends with an N.

Names we kinda like so far (all a bit meh)

Duncan (has boring meaning - Brown warrior?)
Jonah
Finnian (but every kid is called Finn atm)
Luka
Jacob (I like this not DH)
Nate (Don't like Nathan though)
Jax (not Jackson though)
