    Yep, I'm just going to repeat everyone else LOL.
    I like Charlie, not Charley, and would probably go Charles on the birth certificate.

    FWIW though I automatically think girl when I see the name Charlie, but that might just be me as we were going to call Jazz Charlie.

    I think Charlie for a boy for sure!

    As you can see from my sig I have a daughter Charli and I purposely left the E off because when written on paper Charlie looked more boyish to me and without the E looked more feminine.

    I love the name for either but I had it as tops for a girls name (was convinced I was having a girl again).

    I found out I was having a boy and decided to switch it to the boys list, but due to how convinced I was I was having a girl I am having probs adjusting it to my boy so prob won't use it (its still hanging in there on the shortlist though!)

    Anyway for me........
    I had CHARLEY for girls spelling and have CHARLIE for boys spelling.

    I have a Charles.. he gets Charles and Charlie! Its Charles on the birth certificate..... just incase he wants to be a high court judge or something!!
