One of my best friend's son is named Macsen. I LOVE it- it's unsual, I'd never heard it before BUT it sounds totally normal too. She calls him Max or Macsie for short.
Got anymore Welsh names smiles? I'm making a list for our possible future son and I'm so bummed I can't use Macsen LOL
meow ... just give me a few minutes and i will see if i can dig up the name book
(instead of PMing them to you i will post 'em incase anyone else here might like to see 'em )
OMG i can't believe it i have moved the name book for the 1st time since my DD was born ... wahhh then i just remembered i moved it cause i did a spring clean of the guest room thinking the IL's might have been staying last week when i had surgery !!
Just asked DP and he doesn't remember where i put the book, i def wouldn't throw it out as it's a huge name book of boy's/girl's names of around the world.
Give me the weekend to see if i or rather DP can help me find it as i'm still recovering from surgery and have bandages ... i PROMISE i will get back to you Meow (will prob be easier if i PM 'em to you ok )
Feel free to post girls! Macsen is really nice, but we already have a friend with a Max.
Thanks for the compliments on Baxter, people either say "great name!" or nothing at all! We love it and surprisingly he doesn't get any NN's, although a couple of friends do call him Bax or Baxxie which doesn't bother me.
Ahh- Bax, of course! Wouldn't go that well with Max anyway! LOL
Hmm- Baxter is high on my own list now.
I googled Welsh boys names- thanks for looking smiles! There were loads of good ones but heaps I coudn't have because they don't go with our surname or friend's have them and lots of them are already mentioned here too.
