    Girl
I didn't know any before I had DD. DH suggested it when he heard Chris Bath's (the newsreader) son's name, but I thought it was too 'pretty' , so lucky we had a pink one eh?

    eta Thanks Sarah

~Kim~ I always think of your little Darcy when I hear the name Darcy, have always thought it was a beautiful name which is why we are stealing it funnily enough this DD#2 will most likely be another blondey bluey

I think that if we do use Darcy we will spell it Darcy (for a girl) because DF and I think the spelling Darcie looks a bit off..

DF actually did some research on the name and it actually turns out it was originally a females name, and then became popular as a male name, but is now going back to being a female name. But yes, it is very much genderless now
Some people tell me its masculine sounding, but I think that it is a very pretty name

    Darcy

I know a boy and a girl with the name Darcy.
The boy is Darcy but the girl is Darcy-Ann.
I like it for a girl better!

I think it is a wonderful name. Though I do tend to think of a boy when I hear the name!
