Im going to try to change it to a poll, but it maybe a bit complicated for me.

Loula - Dh was a big fan of Ella last time round, I was to start with but couldnt shake the feeling it should be short for something and we couldn't agree on a longer version. I couldnt see an older lady being called Ella, its too cute. Emma wasn't even on the list but just worked when she was born.

Another option for us could be Annie (dh grandma) but Emma and Annie sounds like a childrens programme with puppets and again could be a little too cute for me.
