I don't know any Wests, but I do know a South - so maybe you're going in a new direction?!?!?!
I did meet one little Gage, back in 2003, he was about 3, but I reckon I meet 100+ chn/yr, so I figure that's not too common.
I haven't met any Cruz's or Drakes.
Cruz is used as a female name in Spanish-speaking countries, but I think it's going to get really popular for boys thanks to the celebrity associations.
Pinkpalace from our october belly budies group named her son Ethan Cruz, but I don't know anyone else with any of the names!
Good luck if your anything like us you'll be needing it after almost 9 months of debate we've narrowed the list to 3 names! It seems to be alot harder this time too many to chose from!!! lol

I only know a Cruz who goes to school with my son.. He is nearly 9.. I vaguely remember someone else at his school with the name Gage but only because I heard the name get called out in the playground..
One of Maddy's best friends at her daycare in Brisbane was Cruz (they'll be 3 in December), and aside from Drake, I've never heard the other two (West or Gage) used as children's names before. There is a gymnastics club in the US called Gage though...
there is a Stephen King book with Gage as the main character - it's not a pretty book so has bad connotations for me!! i've heard of boys called Gabriel being shortened to Gabe or Gage
haven't heard of the others (apart from the beckhams) for a while.
Drake makes me think of Joey's character in friends when he was on days of our lives "dr drake ramorez" hehehe
