    i was in Tahiti when i was 16 weeks pregnant..and one of the girls i was with suggested it. i loved it immediatley..and so did my husband....but i think we'll end up going with Sofia....though eliane is a close 2nd!!
    Don't ask me about boys names though....!!

    Wow, so many names already suggested. For those of you old enough to remember (like I am) whenever I hear Fleur it reminds me of the old Libra Fleur Tampons.

    My step brother had a french girlfriend named Sandrine.

    I also quite like Remy/Remi : It is a town in central France, also the name of a french saint and is a girls or boys name.

    I think it is like solay. We went to Cirque du Soleil when they where in town and so I'm assuming the girls name is pronounced the same way.

    spice - I like Remy too but DH doesn't like it. I think it is going to be very hard to get him to budge from Camille I have a cousin called Fleur and yep, it reminds me of tampons

    I like Renee

    Eliane is really growing on me... will run it by DH.
