Is this a girls name, boys name or both?

I think girl as I have a friend who is Kobie. I think it's a very pretty name and like that spelling too.

In saying that I have known a boy of that name but his spelling was Coby.

I feel that, fir me, the different spelling makes them completely different and the boy version is perfectly boyish while the girl to me is very girly and pretty.

I automatically think boy because it is the name of my sister's boy doggie -sorry. Having said that - I LOVE it for a girl! And for what it's worth, we called one of our girls Milla, not even considering people would automatically say "Oh Miller! What a cute little boy" - even though she is dressed head to toe in pink . I figure it will sort itself out once she grows hair lol

Already posted a comment, but just had to add we just returned from the chemist where we were served by a lovely Coebie (weird spelling), she was saying she's always loved her name, her only problem was the aforementioned spelling

Oh and mrscricket, I have a DD Milla too, I still get asked where "he" is, or in passing Oh I thought "Miller" was a boys name
