Well I have to choose Amelie (it's DDs name). I love it!
BUT if you are worried about having to spell / tell how it is pronounced all the time, you'll have trouble with this one! Everyone thinks it is Emily first time around if I tell them the name verbally. When it is written, people try to pronounce it Amelia, but get stuck with the 'e', LOL! So, not great for that.
On the other hand it is also getting more popular, which will help with the pronunciation - hopefully by the time DD needs to use it on her own. But this also means the name is not as original as it seemed a couple of years ago! Already met 5 or so Amelie's and she's only 2.
I agree that two A names may be slightly difficult for the reasons Bath mentioned, but hey go with what you like!
I'm a fan of Amelie and Giselle from your list - the movie has helped with the pronunciation of Amelie, and I think it's super pretty. Even together - Amelie Giselle. I also love Abigail. Two A-names could be tricky, but I once knew a family with 4 boys beginning with R and they managed to work out the mail every time! I think go with what you love
