In that case my vote goes to...
Maybelle
It's a name used in the book (and movie) The Bridge to Terabithia and means "Lovable". I absolutely love it and it's on our list as Maybelle Rose.
I have to DD's who start with M.
Mia and Molly
We joke that they are my m&m's. I often wonder though if having both starting with M what happens if i go for a 3rd?

I know! People always use Maddie with my DD, I don't like it much!! But hey, Aussies abbreviate everything!!
Hi Hun,
A little girl I teach in my class is named Matilda and her whole family have names beginning with m.
They are:
Madeline (mum)
Mark (dad)
Molly
Matilda
Maggie
Milly (cat)
I think it is great.
Other names I like that start with m are:
Morgan
Mischa
Maia/ Mya/ Myah (depends how you want to spell it) - My favourite
I like Meara (which means 'sea' in Gaelic), Mairin ('star of the sea') and Madeline...of course![]()
i love the name Melitta i think Matilda and Melitta sounds nice.
my bubs name is Maya Maree
we also like
Mataya ( said mah taya )
Molly
Meghan
Matrisse
goodluck
If you like Marley, how about the spelling Marlie, or Mahlie? I think it de-associates the name with Bob Marley.
I LOVE Mahlia.
Or then there is Maely, Maelie, Maylie, or even Maelyn.
I also like the name Madeley - although I guess you couldn't have that because of the Maddie factor....
Myra and Maia are nice also.
Mmmmm- lots of nice M names....
My friends' name is Marli![]()
I love the name Maddison.
Yeah! Didn't even think of Mabel! My old faithful red car was called Mabel, and I LOVE it! (as in rhymes with stable)
I also love Maggie, but DH had a monster crazy housemate Maggie and it will never be erased from his mind.
Also, Meg.
I would have Mattea rather than Mataya. Hmmm. Ambiguous spelling. Hmmm.
I have known a Mahli and a Marley. I'd go with Marley.
Wow. What a disjointed and stream-of-consciousness post. Sorry.
