I like Ainsley and Keely the best. I hadn't thought of kids calling Ainsley Anusly though. I went to school with an Ainsly who wasn't called that.

LOL! I wondered what the deal was with your thread title... I thought, surely she can't call her kid that?!? PMSL!
I like Ainsley, Temperance and Keely. Not as fond of Darby.
[TB, I know an Ainsley too, and she never got teased either.]
Temperance is the name of the main character in Kathy Reichs' books - I LOVE those books, and love the character (the TV show is SO lame in comparison, LOL!) so that name's a winner for me. And I like the shortened form, Tempe, as well.
    GL with making your decision!

I love Temperance - so beautiful!
After that Keely, then Ainsley, then Darby.

    Good luck!

With Temperence you would have to be Ok with someone eventually calling her "Bones" like in the TV series of the Kathy Reichs books

Personally, I doubt anyone will remember that by the time she even gets to school. Didn't even occur to me.

I think they're all lovely names, no wonder you're having a hard time choosing.

What about the meanings behind the names? That's what we used when we were down to two and couldn't decide. Is there any particular meaning you like the best.

I like Temperance. What about Darcy?
    Keely is nice too.

As for kids teasing kids because of their names. Kids will make something out of anything! So i wouldn't worry about that - unless you're naming them something totally cruel!
We have Jackson picked for a boy, and Dylan if we had a girl and the teasing names I could come up with made people think i was going nutters XD

I know a boy named Darby, but haven't heard it used as a girls name ....yet
As Teagz suggested - Darcy is a pretty name too.

Thank you so much for your responses And thank you to who changed the title of the post lol.

As for meanings, I love Keely because it means "beautiful", but Darby is a family name and also means "at liberty".

It's tough because we can't decide on a good middle name either. Today I like Darby Summer but DH likes Temperance Darby (which makes me think of Terence Trent Darby).

Why is it so hard to decide on a girls name?

I like Keely. Very pretty and uncommon. Goes really nicely with your boys' names.
