    Help on girls names

    Hi all,

Just found out we're having a little girl, yay!

These are our favorite names at the moment:

    Maya
    Zoe
    Myla

What do you think?? Also how common are these nowadays (I don't know any babies/young kids...)

    Thanks!!
    Roseline

    Hi Rosaline,
    Congratulations! Girls are great!
I know of one other girl named Maya, I haven't heard of Myla - have heard Mylie though.
My fave is Zoe, but i'm incredibly biased I think Zoe is becoming more popular though.

I love Zoe the best aswell, but my best friend has a daughter Mya, which is similiar to Maya, i do quite like Myla too.
    Good luck!

They're all cute! Zoe is becoming very popular again though, something you may want to keep in mind.

I haven't heard of Myla but that is really pretty!!

Ooooh congratulations on your little girl ! I think Maya is so beautiful! It's Russian and has a meaning of "Motherly".

I love Maya! Pronounced like My-uh that is, not May-a (reminds me of mayonaise!)

I wouldnt say any of those names are common. Zoe would be the most common. I'm not huge on Zoe, but I really like Chloe.

Was there a Myla in fight club?

Congratulations on your little girl. I think all of the names are lovely (not much help am I!).

I went to school with a few Zoe's and think it may be making a comeback. I do not know of any Myla's but know a few Maya's but they are not young children

    Congratulations!!!!

DD1 is a Zoe (it means life) - in her group is a Maia and a Mia also. Definitely Zoe is becoming more common. All your names are gorgeous though!!!
