I'm very biased toward Annabelle It means beauty and grace. Or graced beauty, it's just the two names together lol.
If this bub was a girl the name would have been Evelyn or Madigan (but I don't know if that one goes with your other girls).

Of the names on your new shortlist I think I like Claire Kathryn the best, and if you try yelling out Claire, Hannah, Lucy!!! all together your tongue doesn't get tied in knots with the combination and trust me - that really helps!! Of course, simply yelling out "Girls!!" works too

Its really hard when you get to the third one of the same gender isn't it. Sooooo many names have been vetoed by then, and so many more than you're just "over" because they were an option for the first, and then the second so you can't face the thought of them for the third!

    Thanks, girls!

Some of the ones you've suggested have gone on a new shortlist, all okay with DP (he's not really being difficult, we just allow each other right of veto with no explanation needed).

    Alice (means Noble)
    Carys (means Love)
    Clare (means Bright)
    Kate (means Pure)
    Katherine (means Pure)
Kristen (means Christian, which is fine for us)

opinions on what goes best with our other girls? Charlotte was on the list, but our 11 yr old dog is Charlie, so it's a bit too close. Would go back on if we got desperate.

Middle name will be a family name, so we have several options that can suit most. Katherine/Kate is a possible middle name.
I have a Cerys - same meaning alternate spelling. Only about 50% of people say it right and some can't get their head around the hard C even when have heard it several times they see it and say more like se-riss. The Ca version might work better. Is a very popular name in Wales and therfore in England people know it (also Cerys Matthews from Catatonia made it known) but never occurred to us here people wouldn't get it - and if I had I might not have chosen it. I do think it goes well with the other names both favorites of mine.

Hmmmmm worth considering, wysiwyg. I don't really want her to have to explain/spell her name. DP is no help, he's basically saying I can choose!

I think DD1 likes Alice the best. I can also use Kate or Katherine as her middle name with that.

If it had occurred to us we prob wouldn't have chosen it but is a lovely name and it suits my DD. I think she learnt to spell her name early because heard me saying it so often and she likes it if people ask her at the moment just because she can :-).
