well of course im gonna say Elise as it's my younger sister's name i named my DD's middle name after, but then again my Mum was in favour of Eloise too
My DD's two Great-Great-Uncle's who are brothers are Stanely (Stan) and Leo (and they are in their 90's) !! ...
I think Eloise and Leo goes perfectly with your other childrens name !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
