    Smile Hosannah - what do you think?!

    Just found out a dear friend of mine has had a little girl and they named her Hosannah
    I've never known a little Hosannah but I think its gorgeous! What do you think?

    I like it, I'm guessing Sannah for short, and hopefully she won't end up with a partner who thinks it's funny to call her 'Ho'.
    On the whole I think it's lovely.

    im not a fan...my hubby is jose and gets called hose for short lol so all i can think is she will be called hose at school and stuff

    Isn't it funny... i really like Osanna, but not really hosanna. One letter makes a big difference. Not that it matters, as long as the mum and dad love it!

    its different..not my cup of tea tho - im from a catholic background and it is used as a praise to god "chant" (for want of a better word!)

    similar to my sister's BB username Rosehannah which is a combination of her 2 DD's middle names... but I really like it as a name itself. Hosannah? yep, I think it would grow on me.

    Hmmm... it might grow on me... Kind of prefer Osanna or Josanna though.

    How do you say hosannah... is it hoe-san-ah? Or something different?
