    How would you pronounce Miah?

    We love the name Miah - Aboriginal for Moon. We're interested to see how you would pronouce it?

    I would have thought My Ar as well. Or My Uh with out the r sounding at the end.

    I would say My Ah as well. With adding the H on the end it sort of changes the pronunciation of the I. That's what I think anyway.

    I would have thought my-ah... the H for me makes it more that way than Mia.

    First thought was Mia for me too- but I also thought it could be My-ah and I'd probably ask how to pronounce it first time I met someone with that name.

    At first I thought it was just like Mia but then when I looked at it again I pronounced it like the store Myer ITMS.
