    My best friends DD is also Ashlynn (but spelt with two n's!).

    The middle names that sprung to my mind were;
    Kate
    Leigh
    Louise

    HTH

    MG

    I would actually spell it Aisling.

    I think of the ones you listed the first two are the most straightforward to pronounce

    That is the traditional way, Ray ray so i would agree with you.

    Great suggestions girls. I will run them by DP.

    It is exciting actually having a name for our little one now. We are keeping it top secret from family and friends though.

    The traditional spelling is beautiful but I dont think people would know how to say it.

    Mother Goose- I like it with to n's as well. We will have to see what DP thinks. Ashlyn or Ashlynn

    From your list I'd go Ashlyn, but I'm a traditionalist so if the next baby we have is a girl, her name will be Aislinn Rose (Irish spelling, but pronounced the same)

    I like Ashlyn, and Rose was my first instinct for a middle name!

    I agree with those who would spell it Aisling. It's the traditional spelling, and while the pronounciation of the spellings with 'Ash' in them might be more straightforward, they look messy to me and blend in with all the trendy names.

    As for middle names, I don't really like the Grace/ May/ Jade/ Kate type- too generic IMO.

    Aisling Carla
    Aisling Maria
    Aisling Claudia
    Aisling Clara
    Aisling Sophia
    Aisling Susannah

    For some reason, I think it goes well with middle names ending in an A sound.

    I would also spell it Ashlyn. My son goes to school with an Ashlyn and I have always thought it was a beautiful name.

    For middle names, how about....

    Ashlyn Elizabeth
    Ashlyn Maree
    Ashlyn Mae

    Hope these help!

    Id use an E myself ----Ashlen
    but I think it might make it a bit masculine.
    Good luck in choosing!

    Ashlyn/Ashlen

    I'm in favour of either;

    Ashlyn Jade
    Ashlen Jayde

    (Only one 'y' per option). Gorgeous name IMO!

    Ashlyn Rose is also nice.
