I think of my son, lol! I love the name. For me, I see a strong handsome young man when I hear it. Apparently it means 'Helmeted' or 'protection' or something like that, lol!

Yeah I like the name. DH and I were always going to call our son Liam (when we got together that was, some 13 years ago) but it doesn't really fit in with our surname.

I love it, it reminds me of one of my best friends in high school who was very tall, clever and good looking.

We loved it too, but the initials spelt something DH didn't like so we scrapped it.

That's the name we are giving to one of our boys. I like it because it fits nicely with DD's name and also the name of the other twin and it isn't a name that can be shortened.

I too have a Liam, we chose it as a name that was suited to every age from a baby through to an adult. We also liked it because it couldn't be shortened, and had a good "solid" sound to it and went well with our surname.

I love the the name Liam! It was on top of my name list for a boys, due to our last name starting with an M, I was pointed out by DH that maybe it would not be a good idea

All Liam's I know and went to school with were cool and boys you wanted to marry
