    I know I child called Arina (she is Russian) which I don't mind. Like someone said with the "e" it makes you think of a sports arena or something! So I don't mind it with the "i".

    I like Aria a lot, and Arena is very nice too. A girl off Mastechef shares that name, and my first though was 'isn't that a gym complex?' but I actually think its a really nice name now. Its different but now too far from the 'regular'.
    Similar names i've come across incluse Aurora (Sleeping Beauty's real name), Auriyah (sounds like Orr-eye-ahhh) and Aurelia (all girl names).

    One of my besties little girl is Ariani which I absolutely love. I like Aria more than Arena.

    Wow, thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggesting other names...

    I think now its the sound combination that I like more than the actual name Arena because the alternatives you all have suggested are really nice like Ariana and Ariani...
