Cheyenne (shy-ann) - was a top contender if we had a girl!
I have suggested this name before and DH said no, I just suggested it again and he said to put it on the list! Woohoo! I looked after a little girl Cheyenne once (early childhood) and she was sooo sweet and lovable.

Funny that, I have to suggest names 2 or 3 times because depending on his mood or if he is just on autoreply I can get a no the first time and a yes the next, this is what happened with Matildas name .

Maz, umm a bit of both, either long spelling and 2 or more syllables or shorter spelling and 3 or more syllables.

I would really love 7 or more letters though... but I am willing to take 6 for the right name .

    Emerson!

Or what about Harriet, Phillipa, Margaret, Charlotte, Catherine, Caroline.

Oh, and I suggested to DH the other day Dorothy (It was in the middle of watching Wizard of Oz, but you gotta get your inspiration where you can!)

I love Dorothy, my DD was nearly a Dorothy but she ended up being Harriet. And I like Dot for short too
