Out of curiousity, do most people think trendy and unusual are the same thing, or have similar meanings? Trendy means following a trend- in other words, doing the same thing other people are doing. So if you have a trendy name, you have a name that a lot of other people have. When I said Jyden was trendy, I certainly didn't mean that I thought it was unusual!
