cant think of any but I guess boys would end up saying J or call a boy by there last name... My sister had the biggest fight with her xDP when her DS was born over names and now he gets called Pagie ( last name ) so in the end it doesnt matter lol

A guy in high school used to get Jasp as a nickname for Jasper (as well as his initials and last name like most guys do lol).
