Not pg but just love this name WDYT?

I have always had boys name but never girls (maybe I am destined for boys *sigh*) Anyway I saw that Kristy Hinze had named her daughter DYLAN and I LOVE it!!!!!!!! It goes with our Y names and its different yet not too different! DH is not overly convinced but I have finally found a unique girls name I LOVE!!!!

What do you think? Too boiyish?

If DS was going to be a girl we were going to name "her" Dylan. I got it from desperate housewives
This time around tho we have it pegged as a boys name as DH is "over it" for a girls name. But I still love it

Yup, I was going to say: Drew Barrymore in Charlie's Angels. Sure, she's the tomboy, but she kicks butt! Love it

Sorry, not for me. If I were to see the name Dylan I'd assume its a boy. I'm not a fan of it for a boy either.

I think of it as mainly a boys name as one of our close friends has a little guy Dylan. However, I don't mind it for a girl. I personally wouldn't use it but the more I think about it, the more I think it's kinda cute

    I really like it too!

Both my sister and I have unisex names - I like that it doesn't have two spellings - life is easier if you don't have to spell your name for everyone lol

I was totally in love with Dylan and Camryn when I was preggars with Lady however I decided that if she was a girl I wanted her to have a really girly name.

I still love it though and maybe your not destined to have just boys so you will get to use it.

There are plenty of Dillons out there and in wales (where Dylan originates) it can be spelt Dylin too.

DS1 has a little friend called Dylan and he's a boy. It'd always make me think of a boy. I love that it means 'son of the sea'.

Lenny I love that it means son of the sea...kinda hoping for a water birth so daughter of the sea would be cool :P

I just love that its different but still kinda cute thanks girls! It seems the boys are harder to get on board
