Friends of ours just had a little girl & wanted to call her Sienna, but others weren't real nice about them 'stealing' the name, so they changed it slightly.
Sieara, I think its so much prettier myself, & definately not in the top 10. It could be spelt Sierra, but I like the way they spelt it

Levi & Archie, Harrison India, Indianna & Isabelle are all very popular atm.
