I can't get Dorothy out of my head, if this one's a girl. It's sooooooo old fashioned but I just really like it!

I was in a playground the other day and heard a lady calling "Albert, Albert come here". I thought it had to be a dog as it was such an old fashioned name but she went and held the hand of a little boy and said "Bertie it's time to go". She then went and collected his sister, Maisie. Obviously people who loved old fashioned names.
Ooooh sorry but some of the old fashioned names just remind me of old grannies with perms!
However, Lois, Pearl, Stella, Eve. Lola, Grace, Charlie Thomas and Jonte are lovely to me. No old ladies spring to mind whatsoever!![]()
DD#2 was going to be Lola Eunice Jean if she wasn't Evangeline Ruby Hope! I love old fashioned names![]()
