Ooooh sorry but some of the old fashioned names just remind me of old grannies with perms!
However, Lois, Pearl, Stella, Eve. Lola, Grace, Charlie Thomas and Jonte are lovely to me. No old ladies spring to mind whatsoever!

How about Dolores? Nickname Lola.

I love that idea. I was never a fan of Lola on its own, but it is cute as a nickname.

I wish a lot of the old nicknames would come back as nicknames instead of full names, like John nicknamed Jack, instead of Jack on its own.

I LOVE Evangeline!

Our last name is Ev.. (left the rest out for security) and I would love an Evie Ev..! But DH isn't convinced! Also like Declan for a boy - Dec for short.
