Hmmm...nope, sorry - Sailor is an occupation, not a name.

I know they're probably happy with it but is the child going to be happy with it? I mean, she's the one that has to live with it, not them.

I neither like it nor dislike it.. Its an interesting name

What I did like was when Dh heard it.. His response was "well she has no choice but to join the navy now, afterall its like calling a baby lawyer, they have to grow up to be a lawyer'. I just love the male brain... No wonder we had fun choosing names for our girls!

Yes, but so is Tailor and Tiler (Tyler), Archer and Hunter (hobbies maybe??) and they are all very popular names

im with you sunny I really like it. I think its pretty but not liking the 'shelley' for the middle name. It doesnt flow for me. I love his sisters kids names though, very clever. Chase really can say danger is his middle name!

I know a child with 'Mayhem' as his middle name! Hopefully, for his parents sake, he doesn't live up to his name!

I also think Sailor is an interesting name and kind of cute. Babies have a way of growing into names and making them their own. Even if the name sounds odd when they are first born, it quickly becomes normal.

The FB link didn't work on the OP so I did a google search - this thread is the first thing that comes up on google when I searched for her name, even before the Sunrise story about her birth.

eeeekkkkkkkkk, nope don't like the name but hey it's not my bubs.

I will say what I said to a friend & this is just IMO & at the end of the day it's not my baby to name so not an issue....but I think it's an example of a b-grade celebrity trying to choose a 'different' big celebrity name....if you get what I mean.

    But anyway, she's very cute!
