My Dads sister and one of Mums sisters have bothed named their babies Lachlan. One is Lachlan and one is Lochlan, though.
I think if you're only gonig to be seeing her for family gatherings it will be ok, you don't seem to have alot to do with each other otherwise so it shouldn't cause to much confusion. Plus you get to call your little man Jamie, which I think it cute ><;;
If DF and I had a girl we were going to call her Dylan, and a good friend of ours has a son called Dylan - I ran it buy her first, though... and we had actually gotten the name of Desperate House Wives haha. But, blue bundle for us anyway!

my ds is called murray and my stepdad is murray he was named after him it can get annoying but i call my murray muzza which my mum hates lol and stepdad murray that or my mum calls him putzi which is small child or little one in german so yeah we got round it that way
ths bub i like jeffery which is my adopted brothers name and he said it was ok but other ppl tell me its not nice to steal ppls names but i think its nice to be named after someone as long as you have a reason and didnt do it out of spite
