Tried the name with hubby last night and he tried to find reasons to say no...
He has a dozen rules why no names work
But I think I could have gotten it on the short list.
    Our other girls names are
Tabitha Eve and Tiffany Cherie(my middle name)

And he thinks the boys names are 'fine' he has not given one suggestion so he has 11wks at most til c-section so I think I win by default.....

Thanks for the positive comments on Selina I have only known one at my high-school so think it will be different without being weird.

Ooh I love the name Selina ducky, and I think it goes great with Jemima. I never used to like the name Tabitha, but a close family friend named her dd Tabitha 11 years ago, and now I love it She does get called Tabi though

I was going to shorten tabitha to Beth as my mum gets called that.

Hubby says tabitha is a witches name and Tiffany is a stripper name, he tried to say Selina was a witches name too but then I argued he was thinking of sabrina..... then he said Selina reminded him of cecilia from home and away!

I will be very interested to see what name gets chosen if this bub is a girl.

Lol everyone told our friends that Tabitha is a witches name, because of the little girl on Bewitched. It suits her though, and I like shortening it to Beth for your mum.

He may be thinking of Serena who was the evil twin to Samantha in bewitched. Lol
And there was a Selena on home and away

    I like it.

I forgot about selena on home and away, I don't know if he watched it then. Hubby would watch with his big sister and apparently there was an evil chick named cecilia, I thought there was only a morag!

I think not being 100% agreed on a girls name will mean we will have a boy as when jemima was born we were not too sure about 'Maxwell danger'

    10wks and 6days to go!

Ps - thanks Lisa remember sssssssh on my name ideas lol!

You know your secrets are safe with me

I think you're having a boy (but I got Jem wrong remember... one of the only ones I did get wrong!) but I was indecisive with both Anelise & Lucinda yet had their boy names chosen right from the beginning. I just think I was fussy because I wanted the perfect name because something in me knew they were girls - well, ultrasound told us with Lucy! lol
