I know a 34 year old Molly and the name works. She's had 34 years of being Molly, and she couldn't be anything else, KWIM?
I love Rosalind.
On flower names, Iris, Ivy, Daisy?

I know a Molly in her 30s too and it has always worked for her (although she may be a Margaret but has always gone by Molly)

My daughter is Tori Rose, and we call her Rosie Posie all the time.
I know what you are saying about names that sound fine on a baby and an old lady but not on some in there 20's & 30's- We are having the same dilema, we like Ruby if we are having a girl, but I cant see a 25 year old woman called Ruby.
Having said that I really like the name Molly.
