    JL names take 2

I am not sure what happened to my last post but what do people think about the name Ja'elle or Jayelle for a girl or Jay Lee for a boy.

Not sure of a middle name to go with the girls name.

I am thinking of names around the letters J and L because those letters represent two people who have changed my life but I don't want to use the actual names (at least as a first name)

I like Ja'elle. Not so keen on the spelling of Jayelle as the word 'yell' becomes prominent.
Could you do Jaelle or Jaielle?
I know a girl called Jayley -personally I think it sounds like more of a girl's name, unless you wanted the 1st name to be Jay and 2nd name to be Lee. I like the spelling Jaylie for a girl....

I also like the suggestion of Jayla.

For a boy, what about Jaylan? With Jay for short....

Unfortunately, I can't get 'jail' out of my head. Sorry, not a fan.

Well may i suggest my first name Lorelle ... and my middle name Jane ... Ah, only joking (never liked my middle name anyway)

So sorry but i think Ja'elle will prove to be hard for all to spell ... and maybe pronounce (believe me i know with what i go through with my 2.5year old DD's name Cendrine ... having to spell a million times to people )

I'm one for Jaelle spelling too ... was thinking maybe Jaielle but the comment before of another member mentioning Jail changed my mind quickly.

All the best with deciding ... i know it's not so easy to do.

P.S - Just thought maybe you could checkout French names as they have many starting with L and J

I was afriad of the jail sound.

I am thinking Jaylee or jaelee for a girl or Jay (first) Lee (second name) for a boy.

I am used to the unusual spelling issues, when people see my name they think I am a man.

I will look up some french names and see what I can come up with.

    Thanks for the feedback.
