Thoughts on Emily for a girl or Mitchell for a boy? Any suggestions on middle names?

I love the name Emily, the only middle name I can think of is Mae or May. I'd go with something short due to the Emily having 3 syllables.

Different spellings I found are Emalee, Emali, Emelea and Emilee.

I like Emily Grace or Emily Jayne

Mitchell Steven in my nephew's name if that helps
