thoughts on my girls name?

Ok ok so i know i'm only half way but after finding out i cant help but think of names for our little girl! Me and DH both really love Matilda for a first name... i was thinking...

Matilda Grace (Baker) or
Matilda Kate

What does everyone rekon? Any suggestions for middle names to go with Matilda ___ Baker?

I love both your choices! Kate is my DD2's middle name so I love it. I love Matilda Rose too.

We just named our daughter Matilda( we call her Tilly most of the time) her middle name is Adeline..I think it goes well with just about everything, your choices sounds great we went with a family name.. good luck deciding.

Since my DD1 is Matilda I have to say it is beautiful! She is Matilda Kaye so for that reason I say Matilda Kate

I do not like Grace so much sorry, my DD2's middle name is Sage, I really wanted this for Matilda but DH liked Kaye, I also love Skye as a middle name and Dawn.

ohhh Matilda Joy was a great suggestion, something feminine and classic because Matilda is such an Australian name. Matilda Rose is a popular name, I have a cousin with that (long before Heath Ledgers little one). I also like the Matilda Skye suggestion... wish I could think of one myself!

Oooohh so many great suggestions! Everytime i open my name book i find another one that matches!! Also if we do go with matilda, i really like it shortened to maddy, bu tilly is so cute too! So many options.... lol

I love the name Matilda! I would like to use it but unfortunately DH isn't a fan.

Of the names you suggested I prefer 'Kate' as a middle name. I also like 'Rose' as other people have suggested.
