I quite like the name Kendahl (sorry if I have spelt it wrong) I knew twins whos names were Kendal and Lacey they were gorgeous.
ANyways back to it.
A boy I dated when I was in high school,his name was Ragner ? (I reckon he ended up doing time personally)
I love unusual names but honestly how many actually keep them? sometimes I think parents need to remember that these are little human beings that will have to grow up correcting people with spelling and pronunciation and its very very annoying. (my name is fairly common and people STILL cannot say it or spell it correctly)
Tell your friend to buy a baby book. She can find good ones out there that have different races in it to find something more unusual. Swahili (sp?) names, Hebrew names, Celtic names would all be worth a look, just about any culture can be found in name books these days.
Just out of curitosity - has your friend ever explained why she wants something that looks impossible to pronounce? is it JUST to be different?
