I don't think it'd matter because not many people know or even think about that the fact Isabel and Eliza come from the same origin. If you want it a bit more different, you could always go to Isabella or Isabelle. But Isabel is a lovely name! (:
I think they are both lovely!! Not too similar. I like the connection too. DD's middle name is Addisyn - which is really close to DS's first name - but I like the connection between them.
BTW - Alexis - I'm a bit concerned that there is a name Arimeah out there.. lol.. bit close to my username I think!!!!
