Hi Meow Thank you so much for thinking of me. How is it going? Well, it's not going anywhere really! DH isn't that enthused about using a water name. I read all the names out from this thread, and he said 'Reade, Kelsey and Brooke are OK' (thanks MD, Onyx and 3LM) and 'I really like Nalin'. We have had a lot of rain and some flooding in our region for the last week - I think a water name is even more appropriate! I think DH feels a bit limited by only having water-inspired names as an option. Meow, thank you so much for your comprehensive post - I really appreciate it. How would you pronounce Nalin? I still love Mira, but I am worried that people won't know how to pronounce it and will say 'mirror' DH doesn't like Tallulah. Caladan sounds familiar, where else have I heard that name?

Thank you to everyone else too.

Hi Epacris! I agree, naming your little guy was fun. Wow, I can't believe he is 9 months old!

Hi Audax, The Clarence and Richmond are some of the rivers that have had flooding issues over the last week! Might be appropriate.

Hi deedles, I like some of your names - Kallan, Genevieve. Thanks.

Hi Kim, Lotus is a very sweet name. I'm not sure if it goes with our other kids' names.

Hi Kuraiza, is Marianina pronounced Mah-ree-uh-nee-nuh? Thanks for posting a song you love

Hi Peanutter, Moses is a name to live up to!

To those who posted 'River' - I used to love this name, and I had a crush on River Phoenix Unfortunately, it is a very common name where I live.

    Thanks again everyone.
