I love Indiana Mae and Laila Mae. Or perhaps Chelsea Mae?
I adore the traditional spelling Leila - but I've read some people on the forums pronounce it as the not-so-conventional 'Lee-la?' That would annoy me a little bit!
I think I have mentioned before, I would not spell it Layla with Sayle- Layla Sayle just looks a bit much to me - but thats my opinion of course.

I wouldn't worry so much about the middle name going well with the last name as they will hardly ever be announced together. I'd be more worried about how the first and last name goes together.
