After much thought and a million names that we have gone through we finally have chosen

Harrison John Boyd L*****

What do you think of Harrison, how many do you know?
I know he will get Harry a bit too which took me a little while to get used to coz i was never a fan of harry but now I like it..

I adore the name Harrison, and the only reason it didn't make it onto our male baby short-list was because I'm not a fan of it being shortened to Harry. I figured that if we decided to use the name I would always be the one who would call him by the full name, lol.

I know Harrison is meant to be increasing in popularity, but I only know of one Harrison personally.

I think the full name you have chosen is lovely!

I like it too! We were always thinking of using Harrison as a first or second name if we had a boy as I like it and my mum's maiden name is Harrison so it keeps a family name going too.

Love the name. I only know one Harrison and that is my cousin who is 12. We havent had any Harrison's come thorugh kindy in the last 2 years at my school either. I think Harry is just gorgeous.

I know 2 Harrisons - both are toddlers. One is called 'Harry' or 'HJ' because of his middle name and the other has the nickname Ris 'Reece'. Both boys are adorable!!

The little boy over the road is Harrison.
he always gets Harry, never Harrison.

Its not really a name id choose , but everyone is different, good luck .

I love it, he doesn't need to get it shortened if you don't want him to, I was always my full name until my teens and I know children at school who are the same. I know a Harrison who is abou 11 now and he is Harrison not Harry (I love harry- I had a boy in my class called harry when I was pg with DS and I wanted to call DS that but DH said no!)
