Lucy, definately!!!!!

I wanted Lucy with my DD, but my cousin's name is Lucielle (shortened to Lucy) - so it wasn't a possibility for me.

Its such a beautiful name, and i agree - all Lucy's are just beautiful people

Lucy was on our shortlist too. We were so close to using it but we wanted something longer to go with Matilda.

I like Maggie too

I really like Ada, but I like short names for middle names.

Minnie is cute to, I never thought of Minnie, so sweet.

I was given some interesting advice when i was trying to choose a name.

Firstly - take your list of names and shout each name 5x's as loud as you can from the back door - if it stil sounds good after 5 shouts then that's a good name... why do this you may ask... well it's about the same amount of times you generally call your child to get inside after playing outside for the day and you still need to love the name even when you tired of calling it out....

The second tip was to have a re-fined list 2-3 names and when your child is born say each name when you hold your baby for the first time and see which one they have a response or reaction to or make a better attempt to make eye contact with you - so the best response is the name you choose.

I love Ada -LOVE it! Absolutely cannot have it with our surname (which starts with A) so I am always excited when I know someone else is using it!

OoooK, ... i can't help myself Kass ... i'm gonna say go with an " L " name

(Miss C's best friend's middle name is Lucy ...and i have worked with two Lucy's in life & that were just that ' full of life ' and so bubbly ... um, i soooo like Lillian too)
