We are still debating over boys names!

Help! Boys names are so damn hard to pick DH and I just can't find a boys names that we really 'love'

With DD, we had two boy and two girl names and we loved all four names. It seemed so easy! Since then, the names we liked are either no longer suitable (don't fit with DD's name) or have been used by friends or family (so they're off limits now - my personal rule when it comes to names).

Anyway, boy names are proving tough. We have our girl name picked We have a few boys names but the only one I really, really love, DH isn't that keen on. It's.....

Xavier.

I love Xavier Isaac. What do you guys think?

The other boy names still on the list are:
- Joshua
- Hamish
- Jordan
- Jacob

The middle name will be Isaac and our surname starts with 'H'.

That list is quite amusing really given I was trying to steer clear of 'J' names! Clearly it's unavoidable unless I can convince DH Xavier is the one or we run with Hamish!

Hamish is cool but the HH might be a bit much. Yeah?

Thoughts please!! I'm seriously going mental trying to sort this out!

Not a big fan of Hamish - I like Jacob followed by Jordan best from your list.

Jacob Isaac sounds really lovely. Xavier Isaac doesn't seem to flow as nicely.

I like hamish Isaac and I don't think HH is a problem unless your surname is hamishon or something.

I really like all of your name ideas but I like Joshua Isaac the best and Jordan Isaac the least. I don't think a HH name would be a problem.

There were only 3 names we wnted had DD2 been a boy: Ethan, Devlin and Xavier.

We are planning a HH name no problem at all. I like both Xavier and Hamish.

I like Joshua - it is not an out there name, but it also isn't overly common now. I would have considered it but it is my brothers name.

Xavier is my fave. For some reason I have a bit of a "J" name thing too, so of the Js I like Joshua - most of the Joshes I have met have been pretty great.

Hamish is nice too but I'm not sure about HH. I wanted to name DD Grace but our surname starts with a G, worse, a Gr, so that would have been waaay too much. Can't say for sure on yours though! Unless I find you on facebook
