Cute for a child, can't envisage it for an adult - walking in to an interview for a law firm for example - my name is Coco -doesn't sound professional. Just my opinion.
I tend to agree... and I also associate it with a pet's name.

There was a little girl where I worked (ELC) whose name was Coco... and yes, her mother was always wearing Chanel (bags, sunnies etc). Not really my cup of tea... too much like branding for status.

I think it sounds sweet for a girl, but also wonder how it would be when she is an adult.

What about if you did something like... Courtney Corine (just an example- its the only Co names I could think of) then you could call her CoCo as a nickname and she has a more "grown up name" when she is older???

Oooh very clever! I like that idea Or the suggestion of calling her Chloe but nicknaming her Coco.
