I think that it sounds pretty. Just some things to think about, I think that she will be constantly correcting people that her name is not 'Amelia' and she will also be spelling it out alot.

I truley believe that if you love the name, use it, I have a name that I constantly repeat and spell out and although I tried to avoid that with my daughters I try not to let it bother me with my name.

Agree with what Daintree has said. My DD name is Rhianna & she gets called Rhiannon all the time :S Anyway it is a pain to correct people all the time but my DD knows her name & that is all that matters plus we love it

I always seem to find these names that I like, but the child will have to correct it their whole live. As much as I like a name, maybe its best avoided if they are going to be constantly correcting people. Something to think about anyway.
