Sorry I dont like it and also think its too close to you DD name.
What do you think of the name Azalea for a girl? Not sure if I want to use it, but it is stuck in my head at the moment.
I like the name Zaylee and thought this might be a cute, longer option. I wouldn't use the name Zaylee though as I like long names that you can shorten. Then again, it would depend on how most people pronounce it... Ah-zay-le-ah or Ah-zayle-ya. I obviously pronounce it the first way.
I'm not sure how it would go with my other kids names though, especially considering my DD2 is Anelise... are Azalea & Anelise too similar sounding?
So, give me your honest opinion.

i like it, i'd pronounce it the first way, like the flower..
Friends of ours have an Azahlia (Az-ar-lia) they call her Zahli im not a huge fan of it but it is pretty and i think it works well with Anelise
I was pronouncing Ah- Zah-lia, maybe I was reading it wrong though. I thinks its lovely with your DDs name.
I think it is pretty and it goes nicely with Anelise and I too pronounce it like you.
I Like it & thought of the flower too. I think it goes with your DD name too
I like it and like the shortened version, very cute.
not a fan sorry. Yeah I think its abit close to your DD's name.
Thanks for your honest replies everyone. I really don't want to use a name starts with the same letter that my other children have, so J, M, N, H & A are all out.
I might one day grow some Azaleas as the name is really stuck in my mind right now.
... so sorry i have to agree with some others that yes it's seems similar to your DD's name !! ... Could you have it as a middle name![]()
