Either way its pronounced, I still dont like it.( I do however like your other kids names )
And shortening it to Tank is not a good association to me.
I think you`ll both come up with a better name than this.

I suggested we take the kian bit and put with the other cool singer - reznor - and have rezkian... LOL
My kids go to school with a Cian pronounced key-en. I love that name.

I don't think it was seriously on the cards as being used.

Plus - we both think this one is a girl

Rezkian - what about Rez-E-kian. With same emphasis like Ezekiel. Hmmm. Bit of both. For a girl Rezekiah?
On the radio they say Tank-i-an. No Tonk. At all. I feel duped.

Not so keen on that one Arimeh, although I must say that I am fond of your other kids names - especially Mehkelti.

I would be trying to modify it somehow to get the word 'tank' out of there coz it just stands out too much to me - maybe something like Tashian...? Coz your other kids names don't have any literal words in there - iykwim?

    Just a thought!

What about Taidge? or Taidgh? That's nice for a boy and different..... is that unusual enough for ya? hehe

That would go nicely with the other names your kids have.

hmm not sure about that one.

when i read it, the first thing i thought of was the name Tarkyn.. i know a tarkyn, and i quite like it. he gets Tarks for short.

we used to have a friend nicknamed Tank.. so to me that just sounds like a regular name!

Limeslice ... LOL Tarquin is my Mum's beloved dogs name (though i have to admit i actually like it) ... she always wanted a son so she has named all her past & present pets her fav boy's names, eg she has had Micheal & Tristan ... OMG, i better get off this track ... ... um, Mel ... i really like Rezkian

... I got the feeling you & DH are after a name associated with a musician/lyrics or something along those lines ?? (maybe i'm wrong) ... When i named my DD's middle name Ariane i must admit it did have a hint of the thought of Aria as in the music awards !!
